- Full refunds: We will provide a full refund if we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., equipment malfunction, court closure).
Memberships:
- Memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior management approval.
Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to modify this policy for special events or promotions. Specific refund terms for these events will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
How to Request a Refund:
